Our Story
Twenty years ago, a group of 15 friends united by their love for classical music formed the Summerville Orchestra. What began as a casual gathering has blossomed into a vibrant 75-member orchestra, renowned for its world premieres and collaborations with exceptional soloists.
Impact
With a recent $20,000 award from the South Carolina Arts Commission, the Summerville Orchestra is set to launch a youth orchestra and education program in partnership with local schools.
