Founded in 2004 by a passionate former geologist and educator, Summer Earth Studies (SES) aims to ignite students' curiosity through hands-on, problem-based learning in the natural world. With a commitment to experiential education, SES has provided over 250 high school students with unique opportunities to engage in teamwork and critical thinking, independent of any specific school or district.
Since its inception, SES has positively influenced the educational journeys of over 250 high school students, fostering a love for earth sciences and inspiring many to pursue related fields in college and beyond.
