Our Story

The Stryker Field Hockey Club was founded in 2009 by Karin Mirrassou and Kelli Mirrassou Nurenburg, evolving from local high school teams in the Campbell Union High School District and the greater San Jose area. Originally named Strikker, the club rebranded to Stryker in 2011, expanding its mission with the help of dedicated coaches and community leaders. Today, it proudly serves around one hundred girls aged 8 to 18, fostering a love for field hockey.
