Over the past decade, founder Hailey has traveled extensively across Africa, witnessing the struggles of children left in the care of their peers due to the increasing number of mothers entering the workforce. This alarming trend sparked a passion for creating safe, educational environments for young children. Strong Starts for Success is dedicated to establishing Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) centers that not only nurture early childhood development but also prepare children for a successful future in school and beyond.
