The organization is driven by the lived experiences of its staff and board members, all of whom are in active recovery.

From July 2022 to June 2023, Strength In Peers served 1,355 unduplicated participants, providing integrated recovery services and community support. The organization reached 141 individuals with harm reduction education, making a significant impact in the community.
