Our Story

Streams of Hope is a nonprofit community center located on the southeast side of Grand Rapids, Michigan. This organization is dedicated to demonstrating the love of Jesus through impactful programs and meaningful relationships that foster a healthier neighborhood.

Impact

Each month, Streams serves over 510 families through its Food Center and provides educational support to more than 90 students in after-school programs.
