Our Story

Founded in 2010, Strategies for Youth (SFY) aims to enhance interactions between police and young people, particularly youth of color. By focusing on developmentally appropriate and trauma-informed training, SFY seeks to reduce unnecessary arrests and the use of force against youth.

Impact
