Our Story

Founded in 2002 by John Neese, Strategic Angel Care began with a mission trip to St. Petersburg, Russia, where members of Hunters’ Glen Baptist Church sought to assist a local church and a shelter called “Child in Danger.” Since then, SAC has expanded its reach, serving hundreds of at-risk children through various ministry sites.

Impact on Lives

Each year, 16,000 orphans are released into society in Russia, facing a grim future without support. SAC is dedicated to changing this narrative by providing love, resources, and guidance to help these children thrive.
