Our Story

Stewards of the Sequoia are grassroots trail advocates committed to preserving the Sequoia National Forest trails for diverse recreational activities. Since 2004, this organization has actively engaged in advocacy efforts to prevent trail closures and promote the multiple use of public lands.

Impact

Thanks to the efforts of Stewards of the Sequoia, over 160 miles of single track motorized trails have been saved from closure, and more than 4000 miles of trails have been maintained, ensuring continued access for outdoor enthusiasts.
