Founded by Katrina, a Lupus Warrior from Cleveland, Stepping With A Vision was established in 2014 to address the critical lack of resources for the lupus community. Officially becoming a nonprofit in 2018, the organization is dedicated to raising awareness and providing essential support for lupus warriors and their families.
