Our Story
The State College Community Land Trust (SCCLT) was established in 1996 with a mission to create and steward permanently affordable, energy-efficient homes for low- and middle-income individuals and families. By promoting affordable homeownership, SCCLT sustains the vibrancy and diversity of the Borough community.

Since its inception, SCCLT has successfully helped over 81 households achieve homeownership, ensuring that homes remain affordable forever.
