Established in 2017, this organization honors the legacy of Emma Starlight Hyde, a passionate volunteer who fostered countless kittens, ensuring they found loving homes. S.O.A.R. collaborates with local shelters to enhance the lives of stray and abandoned animals, providing essential medical care and fostering services, especially for those with special needs.
