By creating an inclusive space, Star Farm provides local jobs, vocational training, and horticultural therapy to individuals with disabilities and those facing employment barriers.

With the establishment of 6 farms and 12 community gardens, the organization has created a resilient food hub in a food desert, empowering local women, youth, and individuals with disabilities.
