To promote the welfare of the residents of West Carson by advocating for environmentally responsible projects. To encourage and promote those policies and programs which will promote environmental sustainability and reduce environmental harm to the residents of West Carson. To encourage cooperation among all residents within the vicinity of West Carson. To educate appropriate governmental bodies concerning changes in existing or proposed laws affecting West Carson.
