Our Story

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul was founded in 1833 by Frédéric Ozanam in Paris, driven by a commitment to live out his Catholic faith through service. Since establishing a presence in Denver in 1878, the organization has expanded to 32 Conferences, dedicated to assisting those in need.

Impact

Last fiscal year, over 450 local volunteers helped more than 21,000 individuals with essential services such as rent, utilities, food, clothing, and eldercare, ensuring confidentiality and dignity for all served.
