Our Story

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul was founded in France in 1833 by Blessed Frederick Ozanam, inspired by the teachings of Saint Vincent de Paul. Since 1984, the Hampton branch has been dedicated to serving families in need, embodying the Gospel command to love one’s neighbor.

Impact

In 2022, the Community Kitchen served over 4,000 meals and assisted more than 1,000 families through the Food Pantry, distributing an impressive 93,332 pounds of food.
