St. Mark's Towers

Our Story

In 1982, members of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church recognized the urgent need for safe, affordable housing for low-income seniors. They organized funding and applied for the crucial HUD subsidy, making rents manageable for those with limited means. Today, St. Mark’s Towers operates independently, offering 150 homes and essential amenities. The North Tower quickly reached full occupancy, leading to the construction of the South Tower in 1992.
