Our Story

Saint Joseph’s House of Hospitality has been a beacon of hope in Rochester since 1941, offering food, clothing, shelter, and spiritually-centered care to those in need. Rooted in the belief of the God-given dignity of every human person, this Catholic Worker community embodies nonviolence, voluntary poverty, and the Works of Mercy.
