Our Story

Settlement Housing Fund has been dedicated to creating and sustaining high-quality affordable housing and programs since 1969. With over 64 projects and more than 9,000 apartments developed, the organization serves over 25,000 low- and moderate-income residents, including those formerly experiencing homelessness.

Impact

Settlement Housing Fund has successfully created and preserved over 8,900 units of affordable housing, focusing on families transitioning from homelessness. Up to 50% of their housing is specifically set aside for this purpose.
