Our Story

Founded in 1952 by Father John Mitchell, St. Ignatius Nursing & Rehab Center began as a small house dedicated to caring for elderly parishioners. Over the years, it has expanded significantly, now serving the West Philadelphia community with a range of services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personal care, all under the mission of the Felician Franciscan Sisters.
