Our Story

Established in 2012, St. Cats & Dogs is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization operating entirely on volunteer efforts. Located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the mission focuses on trapping, neutering, and returning (TNR) feral and free-roaming cats. By collaborating with the community, the organization aims to significantly reduce cat overpopulation. In 2014, St. Cats & Dogs was granted the old Nay Aug Zoo building, providing a vital facility for caring for cats, allowing them to play and interact with potential adopters.
