Our Story
The St. Augustine Art Association was founded in 1924 by a passionate group of artists, writers, and photographers who recognized the need to promote the arts in the nation’s oldest city. The initial meeting took place at the historic Ximenez-Fatio House, which served as both a meeting venue and artist studios for many years.
Impact
Through various programs and exhibits, the St. Augustine Art Association enriches the local community, supported by grants from the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council and the Community Foundation of Northeast Florida.
