The Corporation is organized and operated for the charitable and educational purposes of chartering Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Units, including Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing Crews, and Sea Scout Ships and supporting their operations. All business, meetings, and relationships shall be conducted in conformance with the Scout Law, Scout Oath, and Scout Spirit of the Boy Scouts of America.
