Our Story
Sprouts Child Development Initiative began in 1991 as the LINK Project, a pioneering developmental screening program at Children’s Medical Center in Tulsa. Initially aimed at identifying children in need of early intervention services, LINK evolved under the Community Service Council in 2006 due to increasing demand. In 2014, the LINK team innovated to create Sprouts, focusing on early childhood resources and developmental assessments. By 2016, Sprouts became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, expanding its services to include speech and occupational therapy in 2019.
