In 2004, Paul Passafiume recognized the urgent need for a transformative virtue training program tailored for schools, parishes, and sports teams. This vision led to the creation of Virtue=Strength™, a program built on three foundational pillars: Virtue, Ceremony, and Catholic Identity. Designed for educators, coaches, and campus ministers, it seamlessly integrates into existing schedules, fostering a culture of virtuous leadership.
