The Spoonbill Foundation and Stichting Lepelaar were established to discover, develop, and deliver therapeutics for PKAN and all NBIA disorders. With over 26 years of experience, the foundation has cared for hundreds of individuals affected by PKAN, identified the causative gene, and developed animal disease models to provide swift and cost-effective solutions.
