Founded in 1973 by Sister Janice Jackson and community activists, Sponsors Inc. has dedicated itself to assisting young men exiting the Oregon State Correctional Institution. Starting with just five transitional beds, the organization has grown to provide 242 beds across seven sites in Lane County, Oregon.
