Our Story

Joya Child & Family Development, established in 1960, has transformed from the Spokane Guilds’ School & Neuromuscular Center into a Neurodevelopmental Center of Excellence. This evolution has allowed Joya to provide vital respite care and therapy services to families of children with developmental disabilities.

Impact

Each year, Joya serves nearly 300 children, ensuring that 100% show a gain in skills, with 58% reaching age-appropriate levels. This significant progress reduces the need for special services in public schools.
