Spectrum Works is a dedicated nonprofit organization located in Secaucus, New Jersey, focused on providing job training and employment opportunities for autistic high school students and young adults. Founded by Ann Marie Sullivan, who has over two decades of experience in building startups, Spectrum Works addresses the alarming 85% unemployment rate among autistic individuals. In collaboration with Robert Butters, the organization aims to unlock the potential of these talented individuals, enhancing their self-confidence, skills, and friendships.

Impact

The Spectrum Works model empowers young autistic individuals to achieve stable, successful, and economically self-sufficient lives while helping partner companies foster inclusive workforces. Most participants are either employed, attending college, or engaged in job training programs.
