Founded in 1983 by a group of concerned citizens, Specialized Treatment Education and Prevention Services Inc (STEPS) is dedicated to serving the needs of the community. The organization provides a continuum of quality, comprehensive substance use treatment services and education to individuals, including those with co-occurring disorders, regardless of age, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
