What began as a dinner conversation among four executives and Navy SEAL members has evolved into a comprehensive program designed to support the transition of Special Operators from military to civilian life. With only 1% of Americans serving in the military, the unique skills and leadership qualities of approximately 15,000 Special Operations leaders, including Navy SEALs, Green Berets, and Rangers, are invaluable. These decorated individuals often face challenges in navigating their next career steps after service.

Making an Impact

Since its inception in 2013, the Special Operators Transition Foundation has successfully transitioned over 500 Special Operators into more than 150 of the nation’s top-performing companies. In 2023 alone, SOTF has assisted over 250 Special Operators and their families in beginning their journey into civilian communities, with over 150 Operators securing new careers.
