Special Olympics Oklahoma

Our Story

Founded in 1969, Special Olympics Oklahoma is dedicated to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Governed by a state-wide Board of Directors, this accredited nonprofit fosters physical fitness, courage, and friendships within the community.

Impact

Each year, over 10,500 individuals benefit from more than 175 sports competitions and training clinics, promoting inclusion and acceptance.
