The Spanish Community Center (SCC) was founded over 50 years ago by a dedicated group responding to the needs of the migrant community in Joliet. From humble beginnings in a house, SCC has grown into Will County’s only bilingual one-stop shop for social and educational services, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds.
SCC significantly improves the quality of life for Latinos, immigrants, and low-income individuals through essential educational and social services in Will and Kankakee Counties.
