Our Story
In 2015, Olivia's battle with ulcerative colitis led to a newfound passion for animal rescue. Inspired by the joy that goats brought her, she and Jim decided to rescue their first goats, Merlin and Kurloz, in 2017. This journey transformed into Sowa Goat Sanctuary, a safe haven for abused and neglected farm animals, located on 8 acres in Harvard, MA.
