Founded in 1970 by Monsignor Clement Kern, Southwest Solutions began as a mental health agency and has evolved to provide comprehensive services including affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and economic development. Under the leadership of Sean de Four, the organization is dedicated to uplifting the poor and disenfranchised in Detroit.
