Our Story

Founded in 1994, Southwest Creations Collaborative is dedicated to providing dignified, living wage employment to women from low-income communities in New Mexico. By implementing successful strategies from global projects, the organization empowers women to invest in their families, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

Impact

Since its inception, Southwest Creations has employed over 125 individuals, created 35 living wage jobs, and designed college-readiness programs for employees’ children, achieving a remarkable 98% high school graduation rate and 86% college attendance rate.
