Our Story

Founded in 1996 by dedicated parents and religious leaders, Southport Christian School offers a nurturing alternative to public education. Initially starting as an elementary school, SCS has grown to serve students from preschool through high school. Located on the Beach Road Baptist campus since 2013, the school maintains a strong partnership with the church while operating independently. SCS is committed to delivering a Christ-centered education and is proud to be a member of the Association of Christian Schools International.
