Founded in July 2015, Southern Reins Center for Equine Therapy is dedicated to offering equine-assisted services to children and adults facing disabilities and hardships throughout the Mid-South. Starting in Nesbit, Mississippi, the organization has grown from serving 19 individuals in its first year to positively impacting over 1,000 lives today. With a facility in Collierville, Tennessee, Southern Reins provides a range of programs, including adaptive horseback riding and occupational therapy.
