Founded in 1984, the Southern Nevada Centers for Independent Living (SNCIL) became a stand-alone center in 1995, dedicated to promoting consumer control and independence for individuals with disabilities. With a majority of board members, staff, and volunteers being individuals with disabilities, SNCIL is committed to fostering an inclusive community.
SNCIL empowers individuals with disabilities to overcome barriers, achieve independent lifestyles, and make personal choices that enhance their quality of life.
