With a commitment to improving the quality of life, SEED has successfully revived the historic Columbia City business district, expanded access to healthcare, and developed affordable housing solutions. Today, SEED proudly owns 1,135 affordable apartments and continues to develop new buildings to meet the growing demand for affordable homes.
