Founded in 2002, the Southeast Asian Community Alliance (SEACA) was established to address the unique needs of Southeast Asian communities in Los Angeles. Recognizing the lack of resources available to these communities, SEACA focuses on inclusion and empowerment through leadership development and community organizing.
