Our Story

The Charter School of Morgan Hill (CSMH) was founded by a diverse group of educators, parents, and community members with a vision for an alternative public school. Emphasizing project-based learning, family involvement, and community interaction, CSMH opened its doors in August 2001 with 167 students. Today, it proudly serves over 600 students in grades K-8, providing a rigorous academic program alongside a whole child education.

Impact

CSMH has achieved a remarkable 100% graduation rate and a 99% student retention rate, showcasing its effectiveness in fostering student success and engagement. The school’s innovative project-based learning approach has empowered students to meet and exceed academic standards.
