About South Jersey Robotics
Founded in 1999, South Jersey Robotics, Inc. (SJR) began with the FIRST® Robotics Challenge Team 316, the LUNATECS. This nonprofit organization was established in 2008 to broaden robotics opportunities for students in South Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Impact of SJR
SJR has successfully created a K-12 FIRST pipeline, mentoring students in robotics and STEM education. This initiative fosters essential technical and soft skills while building strong community bonds.
