Our Story
Since 1981, South Central Family Health Center has been dedicated to delivering high-quality primary care to medically underserved and low-socioeconomic communities across South, Southeast Los Angeles, and the San Gabriel Valley. Founded by Dr. Ann Turner and Dr. Catherine Bax, the clinic has grown from serving 500 patients in its first year to over 6,500 patients by its fifth year, demonstrating resilience and commitment to community health.
