Our Mission

The South Carolina Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, known as the Greenville Humane Society, is dedicated to preserving the lives and enhancing the well-being of animals in the Upstate region. Each day, the organization provides homeless pets with essential care, including food, shelter, and loving attention.

Impact in 2023

Thanks to generous support, 3,913 pets found forever homes, 83,852 vaccinations were administered, and 16,420 pets were spayed or neutered. The Greenville Humane Society treated 4,399 animals for illness or injury, making a significant impact on the community.
