Founded in 2009 by Dr. Scott Hansen and Kim Mosiman, Sound Equine Options is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating neglected and abused horses in Oregon. With a commitment to education and support, SEO partners with local law enforcement to address equine welfare issues.

Currently caring for around 60 horses daily, SEO invests over $2,000 per horse in veterinary care, rehabilitation, and training, ensuring they find loving homes.
