A HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO HELPING U.S. VETERAN'S WITH HOUSING, HEALTH, JOBS AND BENEFITS.Our mission is to provide outreach to all former military service members and their families and to assist them in obtaining access to services and benefits due them for their service to our country. Sonoma County Vet Connect. Inc. is a 501c19 non profit corporation. We have federal, state and local government agencies and select non-profit service providers to assist veterans and their families.As part of the Sonoma County Continuum of Care program whose mission is to eliminate veteran homeless in Sonoma County.Vet Connect, Inc. is Non Profit veteran assistance program run by veterans for veterans.
