Established in 1996 by Ronnie E. Bass, Someone Cares Inc. began in Jacksonville, Florida, with a mission to assist marginalized and underserved populations, particularly focusing on the LGBTQ community and individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. With locations in Marietta and Atlanta, Georgia, the organization has expanded its services to include comprehensive healthcare, mental health support, and substance abuse counseling.
