In 2010, inspired by the Henry Blackaby study 'Experiencing God', a vision for a local ministry emerged. Solomon's Closet opened its doors on September 8, 2010, initially as a clothing closet. By 2014, it evolved into a nonprofit organization, officially becoming Solomon's Mission. In 2017, the mission took a significant step by acquiring its own building at 592 Lowe Street, solidifying its commitment to the community.
Since its inception, Solomon's Mission has positively impacted hundreds of children through its annual 'Back to School Day' event, providing essential clothing and supplies.
