Our Story

For over 50 years, Solace Sexual Assault Services has been a beacon of hope for survivors of sexual violence. Originally known as the Santa Fe Rape Crisis and Trauma Treatment Center, the organization has evolved to ensure that no barriers exist for those seeking help. In October 2022, the name was changed to Solace Sexual Assault Services, reflecting a commitment to safety, privacy, and confidentiality. With national accreditation from the National Children’s Alliance, Solace provides essential services to individuals of all ages, races, and backgrounds.

Impact

In 2022, Solace provided 2,298 therapy sessions, served 994 individuals, and reached over 13,500 people through education and prevention initiatives.
